Team Australia Business Events Educational 2009
Team Australia, a strategic marketing alliance between Tourism Australia and the Association of Australian Convention Bureaux, put together an exclusive, informative and fun event every year for the Business Events professionals and decision makers from the Asia region.
Team Australia Business Events Educational (TABEE) 2009 was held in Kuala Lumpur Macau - from 2 to 4 March 2009.
This valuable event has been operating in Asia, gathering the very best professionals from the Australian Corporate Meeting and Incentive industries to showcase the best they can offer to the participants for their next Business Event.
TABEE 2009 incorporated one-on-one business appointments, themed luncheons, a spectacular gala dinner, team building activities and other industry educational sessions. The event highlighted Australia's capability as a business events destination for corporate meetings and incentives by displaying the varieties of incentive products. There were around 40 Australian sellers from more than 12 Australian incentive destinations attending TABEE 2008, and they meet with over 100 dedicated MICE travel agents, incentive and meeting planners from the 11 Asian markets.
TABEE participants got the latest updates on incentive products in Australia; learnt about the latest trends; and experienced different Australian themes, entertainments and products that buyers could use for their future groups. Through the face-to-face discussions, buyers discussed offers and special arrangements in this fun-filled event. They also meet and exchanged ideas with other event professionals from around Asia. This educational platform is well regarded in the industry as a successful and valuable event, with buyers’ feedback showing high levels of satisfaction.
